Herbert Cambridge Elementary students will receive breakfast and lunch at no cost during the 2025-2026 school year.

District Announcements
The priority window to submit a Parental Choice application opened January 14, 2026, and will run through February 22, 2026.
The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) released high school graduation rates for the Class of 2025. CCPS proudly announces our 2025 graduation rate is 94.4%, outperforming the State average by 2.2 percentage points.
Quarter 2 report cards are now available on the FOCUS Portal.

Welcome to Herbert Cambridge Elementary School, home of the Otters! I am honored to serve as the principal of this amazing school and look forward to a fantastic year. Everyone at HCE has greatness to share with each other and we value the voice of all stakeholders to help support the success of our school. Our family and community partnerships are valued, and I encourage you to get involved with our School Advisory Council (SAC) and volunteer at our school. PBIS Day Celebrations
Our "Race to Success" Car Show allowed students without a major referral to enjoy a display of vehicles including a Lamborghini, Porsches, CCSO vehicles, and antique cars.
Points of Pride
Wall of Awesome
Each student that receives a positive referral gets their referral read on the school news and then gets to come sign the Wall of Awesome.
